1. Are my payments secure?

Yes, all of our transactions are encrypted using industry standard equipment to ensure that only we see your private information.

2. How long until I receive my order?

Depending on the shipping method you chose, anywhere from 2 to 10 days.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, and MasterCard), as well as Personal Checks and Money Orders. Checks and Money Orders may take longer depending on the postal service.

4. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Only certain states must pay sales tax, you will be notified if taxes apply to your order before completing the checkout.

5. What are your normal business hours?

Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

6. Do you offer gift cards?

YES:Please make sure you add the message or sentiment you want on the gift enclosure when checking out or there will be none attached. There is space to express yourself and the enclosure will be attached to the Gift Basket. Thank You

7. Extra Shipping Fees

There are extra shipping fees to Hawaii and Alaska anywhere from $15.00 -$33.00 . The amount will be sent to you after the Gift Basket has shipped to make sure the amount is accurate. You can e-mail ahead to find out what the shipping will be.

8. Are the Gift Baskets made in the USA?

All gifts are manufactured right here in the USA and all food products come from the US, Iceland, Sweeden, Italy and Canada. The Baskets and containers are from other sources but ,all stained in USA with no harmful paints.
